EDUCROWD GOTO MARKET STRATEGY

Rory Flynn was engaged as a Marketing and UX Design consultant for a startup requiring a GoTo market plan for a niche global software product that addressed skills and competency deficits within enterprises. The product already had global reach but required scaling. Deliverables included brand positioning, customer acquisition strategy, marketing/sales pipeline solution and interface design. Rory was responsible for brand development, user/customer experience and digital production.

ENCOMPASS ELEARNING SOLUTION

Rory Flynn produced an elearning solution for a not-for-profit NDIS Provider.  Rory was responsible for design and digital production management. Deliverables included a digital Pre-Training review process that identifies current competencies including literacy and numeracy skills prior to enrolment in training, a LMS solution for the organisation to facilitate the training, and mobile-friendly, accessible and SCORM compliant courses to engage disabled and high-need individuals seeking competency to enter the workforce. A stakeholder acquisition strategy was developed to maximise the opportunity for the organisation and leverage this project to monetise other training services.

WINE GEELONG DIGITAL SOLUTION

Rory Flynn created a digital membership platform for Wine Geelong, peak body for the Wine Industry in the Geelong Region. Project outcomes included brand strategy, market research, digital marketing and production of a membership website that showcases all local wineries and engaged the community via interactive map, itinerary building and tourism.Rory was responsible for project management, stakeholder engagement, brand development, UX and digital production.

THE LABORATORY DIGITAL STOREFRONT

Rory Flynn created a digital storefront concept that links the ecommerce experience with in-store lead activation, customer engagement and a creative point of difference within a highly competitive retail landscape. Rory was responsible for project management, UX design and digital production. Deliverables included a new marketing concept for online/offline activations, brand consolidation, ecommerce solution and a roadmap for future marketing project s that stay true to brand.

Rory Flynn was successfully awarded an ecommerce project involving the purchase and  delivery of online company registration forms by one of Australia’s leading company formation operations. Rory was responsible for project management, brand development and digital production.

ECOCARE CARBON

Rory Flynn created a digital carbon trading system that links consumers with environmental government incentives. Rory was responsible for project management and digital production. Deliverables included a lead generation site and a wholesale carbon trading platform accessible onsite during LED installation via tablet.

THINK RECYCLE

Rory Flynn was successfully awarded a tender to create and implement a household recycling awareness campaign across five councils. Rory was responsible for project management, brand development and digital production. Deliverables included website, Android/iOS mobile app, interactive recycling game, PPC, social, print, press, video and educational tools.

WARDY IT

Rory Flynn redesigned a new website and sub-brands for Wardy IT, Australia’s Leading Microsoft Data Platform Consultants, Trainers and Data Analytics Specialists. Rory was responsible for brand development and digital production. Deliverables included a lead generation ecommerce site, sub branding, case studies and videos.
